After we have submitted a proposal and price that you like we will ask you to complete an application form for individual travelers which would need to be returned to us along with a payment of $500 per person. If you decide not to travel on the trip, this $500 is non-refundable. If you do travel then the $500 will be fully credited to the total trip price.

If you are an organization then we would work with you in designing a program
that reflected your interests and budget. If you were then interested in offering this program to your members we can assist in designing a brochure to promote the trip.
