In order to sign
up for one of our trips you will need to complete an application
packet. If you have requested a detailed itinerary for
one of our trips on-line then you will automatically be
sent out an application packet along with the detailed
itinerary. If you have not requested a detailed itinerary
but would like to sign up for a trip then please call us
at 1-800-333-1240 and we will send you an application packet.
We do recommend that you call our office at 1-800-333-1240
before signing up for a trip. Our trips involve travel
to more remote parts of the world, and our staff are happy
to describe the trips and answer any questions you may
have. We do feel it is important that you have as much
relevant information as possible and that you are well-prepared
with a realistic set of expectations before making your
final decision to join one of our very unique programs.
Once you receive the application packet, please read the
Terms and Conditions very carefully so that you are familiar
with our cancellation policies. Once you have done this,
complete the application form and return it to us with
a deposit check for $200 for each traveler. Please note
that we do NOT accept credit cards as a form of payment.
When we receive your deposit we will acknowledge it and
send, with the acknowledgment, a trip bibliography and
information on obtaining travel insurance.
Approximately 70 days prior to departure we will send
out your final invoice along with relevant travel notes
for the area you are visiting and full information on obtaining
visas for your trip.
Final documents, including airline tickets, hotel information,
final itineraries, lists of travelers and luggage labels,
are sent out approximately two weeks before travel.
